Petition for Graduation Hoods

The Graduating Class of 2012 at Seton Hall University hereby petitions to the Office of the President for the return of hoods at Commencement. We understand that rationale behind sashes; however, given the traditional significance behind a Baccalaureate Hood, we feel that it is superior. We formally request that the University allows us to wear hoods instead of honor sashes as part of our graduation attire.
