Town of Brookhaven Councilwoman Jane Bonner started and is attempting to complete a project to put sidewalks on King Road and Harding, Rocky Point, NY. As residents of the Town of Brookhaven, NY, we ask the Town Council to stop this project and start behaving in a more fiscally responsible manner. This 1.2 million dollar project is not what we want.

    I have been on King Road for 20 years and a sidewalk is not what I want. My elected officials don't hear my appeals to stop this!

    I can't believe that after hearing all those living on King Road do not want the sidewalk that the people they elected are continuing the project. This is a disgrace!
