Mandatory Drug testing for Public Assistance

If a person can afford to buy illeagal drugs, they can afford rent, groceries, heat, etc. It should be a requirement when a person applies for public assistance that tehy take and PASS a drug test to receive assistance. Failure to pass or refusing to take a drug test would result in recomendation for treatment. This petition will be forwarded to the proper government representatives in D.C. when it reaches one million signatures. They will HAVE TO listen to us then!
